📜 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Recorded Classes
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable for recorded classes purchased directly through our official platform.
- To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Accessing or streaming more than 20% of the course content may void eligibility for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be granted if:
- The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The user has completed or downloaded the majority of the course.
- The course was purchased during a promotional sale marked as non-refundable.
- Technical issues are due to the user's device or internet connection.
3. Cancellation Process
- Users may cancel their enrollment by contacting our support team at accamockmarathon@gmail.com.
- Cancellation of access does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.
5. Course Bundles and Subscriptions
- Refunds for bundled courses or subscription plans are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Partial refunds are not available for individual courses within a bundle.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases such as duplicate purchases or accidental transactions, users may contact support for review.
- We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.
