📜 Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Recorded Classes

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable for recorded classes purchased directly through our official platform.
• To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Accessing or streaming more than 20% of the course content may void eligibility for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds will not be granted if:
  • The request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The user has completed or downloaded the majority of the course.
  • The course was purchased during a promotional sale marked as non-refundable.
  • Technical issues are due to the user's device or internet connection.

3. Cancellation Process

• Users may cancel their enrollment by contacting our support team at accamockmarathon@gmail.com.
• Cancellation of access does not guarantee a refund unless it meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate accounts.

5. Course Bundles and Subscriptions

• Refunds for bundled courses or subscription plans are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Partial refunds are not available for individual courses within a bundle.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

• In rare cases such as duplicate purchases or accidental transactions, users may contact support for review.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds at our discretion.
