Each registration is strictly personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the selected package, subject, and exam session.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing login details with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments & Refund Policy

All fees paid towards courses, mock examinations, mentorship programs, or any other services are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.
Registrations cannot be transferred to another student or another exam session without prior written approval from ACCA Connect.
Any applicable promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes are subject to their respective terms and validity.

3. Courses & Learning Resources

Course access is provided for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
Live class schedules may be revised due to tutor availability, unforeseen circumstances, or operational requirements.
Recorded sessions, notes, presentations, question banks, and other learning resources are intended solely for the registered student's personal learning.
ACCA Connect reserves the right to update, improve, replace, or modify course content at any time to ensure relevance and quality.

4. Mock Marathon & Assessments

Mock examinations are designed to simulate the actual ACCA examination experience.
Students are expected to complete mock examinations honestly and independently.
Evaluation timelines are indicative and may vary depending on submission volume.
Personalised feedback, evaluator discussions, mentoring sessions, and performance reviews will be provided as per the purchased package.
Missing scheduled calls, mentoring sessions, or feedback meetings without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Content

All website content, including mock papers, solutions, notes, videos, presentations, question banks, graphics, branding, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of ACCA Connect unless otherwise stated.
Students may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, sell, or commercially exploit any material available on the platform without prior written permission.
Screen recording, downloading, sharing, or redistributing paid content through any medium is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted.

6. Platform Usage

Students agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its functionality, or misuse any features may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
ACCA Connect reserves the right to monitor platform activity to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour during live classes, mentoring sessions, WhatsApp groups, discussion forums, and all other interactions.
Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, spam, impersonation, or any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
ACCA Connect reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to any student engaging in misconduct, without refund.

8. Communication & Student Support

Official communication will be made through the registered email address, WhatsApp, or other communication channels designated by ACCA Connect.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain accurate and up to date.
Support availability may vary based on business hours, weekends, holidays, and faculty schedules.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

ACCA Connect collects and processes personal information solely for providing educational services, improving the platform, and communicating with students.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Students agree that anonymised academic performance data may be used for research, quality improvement, or statistical purposes.

10. Availability of Services

Students remain solely responsible for their preparation, examination registration, and examination performance.

ACCA Connect reserves the right to modify courses, schedules, tutors, pricing, platform features, policies, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any significant changes will be communicated through the platform, email, or WhatsApp wherever reasonably possible.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on ACCA Connect, purchasing any course or service, or using the website, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
